      BIO extra virgin olive oil from the Armonico – Geraci line, obtained from olives of the Nocellara del Belìce variety grown according to organic farming principles and packaged in Bag in Tube.

      The olives are hand-picked, with cold extraction and decanting in steel silos under nitrogen to preserve the original organoleptic qualities of the oil.

      The flavor is that of a medium fruity green olive, with hints of leaf, tomato, artichoke and grass, with a medium spicy taste and little bitterness.

      Raw, it can be used to season vegetables, salads, soups, tofu, grilled vegetables, and bruschetta. In cooking, it accompanies the preparation of legumes, sauces, and minestrone. Ideal for pinzimonio.

      The Bag in Tube includes a carrying handle and a valve to draw out the oil.
