Extra virgin olive oil from Geraci’s Opera line, obtained by cold extraction of the Nocellara del Belìce monocultivar.
The olives are grown in the valley of the same name, in the Trapani area, at an altitude of 30-300 meters: after manual harvesting and extraction, the oil is stored in steel silos under nitrogen for decanting.
The flavor is moderately spicy and not very bitter.
Packaged in the innovative “bag in tube,” great as a gift idea.

Organoleptic notes
Medium fruitiness of green olive, with hints of grass, artichoke, tomato and leaf. Remarkable fragrance and freshness. Balanced, medium pungency intensity and barely perceptible bitterness.
Usage tips
Raw with legumes, soups, cheeses, salads, on meat and fish. Ideal for pinzimonio. In cooking in roasts, sauces, and baked fish.
