Pack of green olives of the Nocellara del Belìce variety, grown in the Partanna area of Trapani.
The olives are pitted and preserved in brine with water and sea salt.
Production is artisanal, starting with freshly picked and still fresh olives, steam pasteurized before packaging.
The texture is pulpy and almost meaty, and the flavor is savory with a slightly bitter aftertaste of fresh fruit.
Suitable for accompanying cocktails and aperitifs, cheeses, Mediterranean salads, or as a side dish for meat and fish. Also excellent for cooking preparation of legumes, meat, fish-based sauces.

Fresh green olive flavor, excellent texture and structure, almost meaty, consistent flavor with slightly bitter aftertaste of fresh fruit, great aromaticity.
Recommendations for Use
Before consumption, rinse in drinking water for 10 minutes (to reduce salinity from the brine) Raw, they are ideal for cocktails or aperitifs, in Mediterranean salads, as a side dish for meat, fish, and cheese. In cooking they can be used in all meat, fish or legume preparations (see Geraci caponate), fish-based sauces, etc.
